Co-authored a successful $1M grant proposal that secured funding to significantly expand Indigenous-led internet infrastructure projects across northern and coastal British Columbia.

Contributed to policy and service improvements at ICBC and BC Vital Statistics that reduced barriers for transgender people by eliminating unnecessary medical documentation requirements for legal name and gender marker changes, while enabling preferred names and gender identifiers on mailed correspondence prior to legal name changes.

Supported modernization of identity systems within BC Citizen’s Services and ICBC by contributing to typeface enhancements that allow Indigenous names and characters to be accurately represented on government-issued identification.

Contributed to the development of long-term healthcare infrastructure initiatives supporting hospital capacity and service expansion in Nanaimo and Tofino.

Partnered with external donors and funding organizations to support the acquisition of approximately $300M in critical medical equipment for regional hospitals on Vancouver Island.

Contributed to economic development initiatives in partnership with 12 rural and remote BC communities, attracting new workers, entrepreneurs, and business owners to strengthen local economies and support population growth.
